Static control flooring
We offer special static dissipative flooring from Armstrong, VPI, Roppe and Mannington. These SDT floors are perfect for environments where computer systems or other sensitive electronics are used.
These specialty floors are not inexpensive to install because they do require expert preparation and installation. We offer a full suite of complementary products such as vinyl or rubber cove base from Roppe, Johnsonite, or Armstrong, and transition systems to other types of flooring.

Luxury vinyl tile & plank
Luxury Vinyl Tiles and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring is fairly inexpensive to install when compared with ceramic or other flooring types, but they offer outstanding durability and low maintenance.
LVP flooring mimicks the visuals of wood flooring, but they are completely waterproof. The same holds true with the LVT flooring sharing the same visuals as tile or stone.
These floors are generally available and installed in one of three different ways. Direct glue applications of vinyl flooring require the most preparation of the existing subfloor, but they offer simple selective replacement of any planks or tiles that may become damaged.
The next method would be click, or floating installation of luxury vinyl. This type of luxury vinyl is factory made to click together and float over the existing flooring or subfloor. This method requires the least preparation.
The final method would be loose-lay, and this flooring is heavier and simply lays in-place. Only the perimeter flooring is glued. We have significant experience installing all of these styles of vinyl flooring.
